Easily tag recipes afterwards and be able to change tags

You would like to tag afterwards and rename tags. #söttochgott would probably have fit better, I realize in retrospect, but now it is very cumbersome to supplement / adjust. I think that cookbooks are different collections, for example I have chosen to call one Mom's recipes.
